How does sizing work?

We size from babies to adults — see our size guide on any product page. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up. Matching-family prints let you shop the same print across every age.

Tell me about the fabric

Soft, quick-dry, chlorine-resistant fabric with UPF50+ sun protection, chosen to last, and sustainably sourced packaging. We're a young brand still building our sustainability credentials — we'll publish certifications here as we earn them rather than claim them before we have them.

Do you have adaptive swimwear?

Absolutely — that's our Adaptive Collection, named in memory of our model Toni. This adaptive & inclusive line has Velcro fastenings (easy in a wheelchair), elasticated covers for stoma/ostomy bags, soft head wraps and hats for chemotherapy or hair loss, and UPF50+ sun protection — designed with the people who wear it.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. By law you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason, then 14 days to send the items back. We refund the price plus the standard delivery you paid. Start it from your account — open the order and choose “Return or cancel”. Or email info@fruityandfrilly.co.uk with your order number.

What's your returns policy?

On top of your legal right to cancel, we take back unworn items with tags and the hygiene strip intact for 30 days. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or wrong. Swimwear can't come back once the hygiene strip is off — try things on over your own underwear. See Delivery & returns for the full detail.

How do loyalty points work?

Earn 1 point per £1 spent; redeem 100 points for £5 off at checkout. Refer a friend and you both earn 200 points on their first order.
